After having a horrible experience at Cinderella's Dresses at the Florida Mall, we didnt think we'd ever find a decent place for my daughters prom dress. We decided to give So Sweet Boutique a shot after reading some of their reviews. This was the BEST decision ever! The level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. Not only did So Sweet Boutique have hundreds of unique dresses to choose from, but they register the dress purchased so that no one else from the same school will have the same dress!! How amazing is that?!? They are true to their name by being an actual Boutique. The team there are amazing. They are patient, helpful and make the overall experience simply wonderful. Shopping with my daughter for her special day and having that core memory is something that meant the world to me (hopefully to her too!). What initially began as a frustrating experience at the other store, quickly turned around. I'm genuinely gratefully to the staff for helping in making this a joyous occasion for me and my daughter. I thought finding a prom dress for my daughter would be more painful than giving birth to her - SO SWEET BOUTIQUE was the answer to all of my (our) wishes. ❤️👏❤️ 🥰 On vacation from Canada🇨🇦 and decided to drop in. The mall was under construction/not entirely occupied so we were skeptical. THEN we were greeted by Skylar and were immediately put at ease. She was soon joined by H.M. and they had a wealth of information and experience to share. They assisted in getting dresses zipped/tied and were able to tuck/clip dresses so we could see what minor alterations would do. ❤️ LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!❤️ We did not want a champagne serving boutique with staff who said what they thought we wanted to hear - we wanted helpful, knowledgeable and respectful experience and are SO grateful we stopped in. This should be a DESTINATION BOUTIQUE for all parents with teens in need of a dress. My husband and 11 year old were also welcomed and found it to be a very pleasant experience. ❤️We will be back when our next daughter is due to graduate.
